We started because buying property in Mumbai is needlessly opaque. The same flat carries three prices depending on who is asking, listings sit online long after they are sold, and the paperwork that actually decides whether you own something is handed over at the end rather than the beginning.

So we do it the other way round. Nothing is listed until we have seen the title chain, the approvals and — for leased assets — the lease itself. Every listing carries the project’s RERA number so you can check it without asking us. And no money is ever collected on this website: no tokens, your funds move once, at registration, directly to the seller, with the title in your own name.

We are paid brokerage when a transaction completes, and a management fee if you ask us to run the asset afterwards. That is the whole model.
