What we collectYour name, phone number, email address if you give one, and what you told us you are looking for — budget, locality, configuration, timeline. We also record which property or project you enquired about, and the date and wording of the consent you gave. That is all. There is no account, no wallet and no payment data, because we take no payments through this website at any stage.Why we collect itTo reply to your enquiry, answer questions about a property, arrange a site visit, and send you other properties that genuinely match what you asked for. We also use it to comply with our obligations as a RERA-registered agent, which includes keeping a record of who we introduced to which property.Who we share it withProperty in Mumbai is sold through a chain, and we are one link in it. To actually get you a site visit, a floor plan, a current price or a booking, your enquiry usually has to reach the people who control those things. So, depending on what you asked about, we share your name, phone number and requirement with: the developer whose project you enquired about; the sales agency or channel partner appointed by that developer for the project, where the developer routes enquiries that way; the owner or their representative, for a resale property; and, only if you ask us to, a lending partner for a home loan or our legal counsel for a title question. We also use ordinary business software — email, storage, a CRM, analytics — which holds this data on our behalf under contract.What that means in practiceThe developer or their appointed agency may contact you directly about the project you enquired about, and may keep a record of your enquiry under their own privacy policy, which we do not control. That is how a site visit or an allotment actually gets arranged. What it does not mean is a free-for-all: we pass your details to the partner for the specific property you asked about, for that purpose, and not to anyone else.What we never doWe do not sell your data, rent it, or trade it to data brokers, list sellers or unrelated advertisers. We do not pass your details to developers or agencies whose projects you have not enquired about. We do not share your data because someone offered to pay for it. Where a developer pays us a brokerage or marketing fee, that fee is for introducing and servicing a transaction, never for the data itself.Your choicesYou can ask us not to share your details with any partner — tell us when you enquire, or write to us afterwards — and we will handle your enquiry ourselves. That may limit what we can arrange directly with a developer, and we will tell you plainly where it does. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will stop.Your rightsYou can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it erased, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to info@rubyxestate.com and we will action it within thirty days. Withdrawing consent does not undo what was lawfully done before you withdrew it, and we may need to keep a minimal record of a completed transaction where the law requires it. How long we keep itUntil you ask us to delete it, or two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. Records tied to a completed transaction are kept as long as tax and RERA obligations require.SecurityAccess is limited to the people handling your enquiry. Our systems are password protected with two-factor authentication where the provider supports it. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.Cookies and analyticsOnly what is needed to make the site work, plus basic analytics so we know which pages are useful. No advertising trackers that follow you around other websites.ChildrenThis site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.Questions or a complaintWrite to info@rubyxestate.com, marked for the attention of the Grievance Officer. If we cannot resolve it, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. ChangesIf this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and revise the date below.
