How we handle your data

Short version: we collect what we need to reply to you, we do not sell it, and we delete it when you ask.

What we collect

Name, phone, email, and what you told us you are looking for. Nothing else — there is no account, no wallet and no payment data, because we take no payments online.

Why

To respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits and send you matching properties. That is the entire purpose.

Who sees it

Whoever is handling your enquiry, and where you ask for it, a lending partner or our legal counsel. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long

Until you ask us to delete it, or two years after our last contact, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted — write to info@rubyxestate.com and we will action it within thirty days.

We use only what is needed to make the site work. No advertising trackers.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page with a revised date.
